Terrorists on Trial - Do We Give Them What They Want?

Even on the Left's favorite site dedicated to ripping the Right a new one, The Huffington Post, Diane Diamond understands the absolute stupidity of Eric Holder and Barack Hussein Obama. 

Let me be perfectly clear about why I think these trials should have been conducted in a military court.

September 11, 2001 was not the beginning of some temporary crime wave. What happened at the World Trade Towers, the Pentagon and over the skies of Pennsylvania wasn't just a criminal act - it was an act of war. Don't be fooled just because these terrorists don't wear proper military uniforms. These men, who will go on trial in New York soon, aren't mere criminals. They are enemy combatants and should be treated as the soldiers they are.

So...why are Obama and Holder so Hell bent on having KSM and the rest of the Gang of Five tried in NYC instead of in a military court?  Personally, I think he actually is ignorant enough to believe that if he bends over to our enemies enough, that they will like us more.  And maybe we can all sing Kumbaya together at the UN.  Well, that's complete ignorance.  When was the last time a bully stopped beating up a kid after the kid showed him where to kick him?  This may be the most ignorant man ever to hold the office of POTUS.  Jimmy Carter is apparently not disappointed in the competition.  I am.
